Bayer Group is announced as a Subject Company for the Local Level of the CFA Institute Research Challenge

CFA Society Ukraine announced that the subject company for its 6th annual local final of the CFA Institute Research Challenge will be Bayer Group.
The Research Challenge is an annual educational initiative designed to promote best and ethical practices in equity research to students from universities worldwide through hands-on mentoring and intensive training in company analysis. Leading industry professionals mentor business and finance students on how to research and report on a publicly traded company.
This year, more than 4,000 students from over 865 universities worldwide are participating in local challenges, leading to the regional and global competitions hosted by CFA Institute in Chicago, Illinois, USA the week of 11 April 2016.

These figures include those for the high-tech polymers business, which is to be floated on the stock market as Covestro by mid-2016 at the latest.Students from Ukraine’s top universities will present their recommendations derived from in-depth research on Bayer Group. The teams will present and defend their equity analysis to a panel of top industry professionals.
Local Ukrainian Competition is the biggest competition in EMEA Region (and top 2 globally). Last year 120+ students from 20 Universities in 15 regions of Ukraine participated in the Research Challenge making Ukrainian contest one of the biggest in the world.
